From the start, you only need to do two things: check-in and check-out your dogs. There's nothing to configure, no information to load and nothing to learn before starting. You record who arrives and who leaves. At the end of the day everything is recorded: who was there, how long and how much they should pay.

You discover the rest by operating. Some days something comes up — a dog with an expired vaccine, a medical alert, an account worth looking at — and Bockland puts it in front of you when you need it. On each screen there's a point of information. If you want to know what the system is doing in the background, you open it. If not, you ignore it and keep operating.
